Effective Date: 25-11-2025 Brand: Mind Monk Coach: Dr. Sagar Mandal Program: 108 Days – Kalsarp Yog Mukti & Transformation Program Welcome to Mind Monk. By enrolling in or accessing our healing programs, sessions, or services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully. 1. Services Offered Mind Monk provides online and offline spiritual healing services including: Kalsarp Yog Mukti, Chakra Cleaning (7 Chakras – 15 Days), Self Confidence Healing (15 Days), PLR, Inner Child Healing, Relationship Healing, Mind Gym, Yoga, Hast Mudra Practice, Success Roadmap & Money Magnet Program (30 Days), Body–Mind–Soul Level Testing (18 Days), along with healing sessions, chat & message support from 9 AM to 9 PM, monthly bonus session, crystal pyramid, and Ayurvedic nutrition guidance. All services are focused on spiritual, emotional and personal growth. 2. Eligibility The program is for individuals seeking spiritual, emotional, and mindset transformation. You must be 18+ to enroll. 3. Payment Terms Program Value: ₹1,65,000/- Payment must be made in full or as per agreed installments before the program starts. Once payment is made, access to sessions and materials will begin. 4. Nature of Results Healing and spiritual progress depend on individual effort, energy receptivity, and participation. Mind Monk does not guarantee any fixed outcome. This program is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. 5. Session Guidelines Sessions will be scheduled in advance. If you miss a session, it will not be extended automatically. Rescheduling is allowed only with prior notice and depending on coach availability. Healing support through chat/messages is available only between 9 AM to 9 PM. 6. Use of Program Material All audios, videos, processes, techniques, worksheets, and healing tools shared in the program are strictly for personal use. Sharing, copying, recording, distributing, or reselling any material is prohibited. 7. Confidentiality Your personal details, healing experiences, and session information will be kept confidential and used only to improve service quality. 8. Refund & Cancellation The program is non-refundable. Once enrolled, cancellation is not allowed. No refunds for missed sessions, non-participation, or early exit. (You will receive the detailed Refund Policy separately.) 9. Code of Conduct Clients must maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour throughout the program. Any form of misconduct or disrespect may lead to removal from the program without any refund. 10. Limitation of Liability Mind Monk and Dr. Sagar Mandal are not responsible for outcomes of healing, emotional or physical reactions, or any decisions made by the client during or after the program.
